listening to 1 affirmation with isochronic only
hello,
i was listening only to 1 affirmation with isochronic sound lately.
at the beginning it worked, but after time i realized that something was off and i received more hate pictures and felt afterwards more toxic.
is it possible that the other chakras don't get enough energy due to that isochronic sound that is focused on 1 chakra?
when i meditated yesterday evening and today in the morning whitout any sound, i felt more balanced, had more positive pictures and fell faster asleep.
