A simple mantra.
When you get overwhelmed, there's a simple mantra I designed for myself that can help, well, I wish it can help at least some of you, which is why I wanted to share.
My feelings are mine, and mine only.
The will to transcend is mine, and mine only.
While I would describe myself as jaded and underwhelmed by mostly everything, the few times when I "allow" myself to feel, it is overwhelming.
Be well

I was taught the ''it's mine'' concept the last months. My self told me that the mind creates links with everything you consider as yours, therefore it's a good teqnique to bring something under it's influence.
I agree it's a nice one. Thanks for the share Tim.

I've used it on chakras, body parts, and areas. It's like declaring that you're in charge, being the boss of everything you claim as yours.Nothing and no one has access, except you.

That's exactly what I created it for. To regain control quickly.
Believe it or not, I have never heard of the "its mine" concept, almost everything I put out to the world comes out from my own discoveries and reflections !
When I decided to develop this mantra, I initially did it for myself, because my stress level was going back up, very high. At that moment, someone tried to break into my appartment one day, the drug dealer a few appartments above was making "adjustments" so his customers could reach him with more ease, and I was about to see my mother in law.
I'll let you guess which of these made my blood pressure rise the most
But it did help. I designed it to be quickly said/thought but the rhyming appeals to the brain ! Both aspects must be taken into consideration.
Also, in these trying times, even with the virus left apart, a lot is going on and it's extremely easy for one to find themselves "enduring" what happens.
Sorry for the ranting lol

Hi Moonpie, sorry for following you around. Yours seem to be the only posts sent in today. There doesn't seem to be traffic here.
