On Affirmations - Paramahansa Yogananda
On Affirmations - Paramahansa Yogananda
Hindu Yogi Paramahansa Yogananda on the practice of spiritual affirmations.
(Paramahansa Yogananda was one of only a handful of people considered to be a living saint by Mahatma Gandhi)
I don't think the system is allowing me to post links.
So, you can just Google, "Paramahansa Yogananda Affirmations" and some good links should come up.
Detailed discussion of how to practice affirmations and make them the most effective...

ShivaGoal, Welcome here and thank you.
Many here follow his Kriya techniques and tolerate his detractors that have never experienced them.
Oh well. On top of that some come to this section to discourage others in their beliefs,
successes and happy use of affirmations...even prayer.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

:) Here's one:
"I relax and cast aside all mental burdens, allowing God to express
through me His perfect love, peace, and wisdom."
