Spiritual Parents and Godspouses?
I have never heard of "Spiritual Parents" before.
I have heard of Godspouses but have been able to find enough details on what these are.
Godspouse - A person who is married to a God/dess from a pantheon? Explain how this works please!
And I'm guessing Spiritual Parents are something similar to a godspouse but you're not married to them they are your parents? Like, for your soul? Or are they like your Patron deity?

This is my personal opinion only! I believe that the idea of a godspouse and spiritual parents is quite impossible. There are patron deities who 'claim' and help practitioners but I've never heard of anyone (meaning a physical human, that is) being a spouse to a god or goddess.
I don't know if you're thinking of the Nephilim - who were considered offspring of the sons of God and the daughters of man.

Initially during the days of Enoch, the fallen male watchers married human women.
From this the Rephaim (giants / titans) were born and the watcher's wives were cursed to become sirens, succubus's and banshees when their bodies died of old age.

Nah not Nephilim. I mean there are men and (mostly) women who claim to be spiritually married to a deity from a pantheon. Usually Norse and Greek from what I've seen. Loki seems to be a popular choice for women, and they call themselves "Loki's Bruid" which means bride. Then they talk about a god-phone which means that they can communicate directly to them and get answers for themselves or others.

I just found this a while ago.
Not my cup of tea personally. I think then, that it's a spiritual relationship and it depends on how you would worship your deity. How they would accept you worship them too, I guess.
Loki, people will say that he's the evil god to the Norse when in actuality he's just a rebel god who thinks people shouldn't worship the gods because of the things they do. Because of him he brings Ragnarok and destruction after he escapes his bonds. Then comes a new beginning when the dust settles. Like how the "apocalypse" actually means "revelation" or a big reveal. Lol, people and their paranoia.
This has happened many times in the past. Something falls, something is built again in it's place, after time it repeats until it's either better or worse. Depends on what is built over it and why.

I thought Enoch wasn't considered canon or inspired?

The Vatican cannot handle the truth so that classified Enoch as irrelevant.
All they did was brush a huge elephant under a large rug in the centre of the room that everyone knows has always been there. Just like the spirits of the giants that have roamed this planet since the days of Noah and will one day rise again thanks to the coming alien disclosure. Lol
