Fairycrystal, I read this article once and they mentioned something called soul clusters or soul fragments. Where a part of your soul incarnates thousands or millions of places at once. I didn't believe in it and I still dont lol. Even after reading your post. I believe my soul is whole and complete, instead of small fragments of the actual soul. Misshepurn, I completely agree. My mom loves me and she's been giving me answers for the past 33 years. But I ignored it, which is why I'm in this sorry state lol!

Old chap I disagree. Not all souls are of high vibration. Some like to go around possessing others or haunting places to scare the living. Which is why I wont pray to my ancestors. I'll stick with Angel's instead :p

Fact that only part is incarnated in your body doesn't mean your soul isn't whole and that it's fragmented.
But whatever you wish to believe. Maybe one day you'll experience it yourself.

As for some not going to the Light after passing... it happens to some souls, yes, but you won't connect to that lower astral layer unless you yourself resonate with that low energy.

That's interesting. But I imagine that the lower essences of one's ancestral lineage (aka the lost souls of one's line) might harbor traits (such as anger, judgement and even envy) that align with the human ego. Am I correct (hopefully lol)?

Hey RAY,just because a psychic online told you to get in touch with your ancestors doesn’t mean you should. That’s just her opinion and whose to know if she is right or wrong.

Sit with it for awhile and see if it feels right for you.

Personally, I’ve never felt the need to do that.

As kind a thought as it is , we are not dealing with real alive people.
Their spirit , the spirit we loved , the emotional bond we share with our ancestors is to be credited.
But offering things up to them that are solid substances in this realm will not be of any benefit .
That is not to say they won't appreciate the gesture....
They have no earthly needs in the afterlife .
They do appreciate words though...
Acknowledgement , and the fact that you value and understand their presence is the best gift you can offer.
