Stillness

[Unseeking Seeker]

Upon heart yearning for divine connect
Consciousness aligned, Sushumna erect
Stirrings begin arising at the root
Entranced by melody of Krishna’s flute

Ascending by path of least resistance
Energy flows in childlike innocence
Whilst the Ida and Pingala do spiral
The rapid central funnel optimal

Whilst we cannot determine the pathway
Distilling attention, we cease to sway
Distanced from all ego cravings feral
We melt into the void ethereal

This non-doer doing, meditation
Positioning ourself in cessation
Empty within, blockages do vaporise
Readying us to imbibe divine surprise

We would do well to repeat this practice
Rekindling thus, our innate innocence
Becoming lighter, our form magnetised
Surrender induces Shakti to rise

What happens thereafter, automatic
Shakti being the all knowing mystic
Rises to the crown, descends to the heart
Union therein and bliss ignition starts

The energy path is clear and direct
Love aligned, all we do is stand erect
Trusting the flow of the current divine
Love electrified for love yet does pine

soma nectar dripping
an elixir vivifying
which we feel within
as it energises form
node by node
cell by cell
osmotically percolating
each and every pore
choosing its own path
in a purring hum

doing nothing
we simply look on
aware of what is
as it happens
as is happening
in a teasing caress
delightful & seductive
radiating from the core
of each lifetron within
emptiness magnetised

cognition of what is
in an aspect acceptant
receptive and eager
yet nonchalant
cooperates with the flow
as would a child
delighting in play
merging by melting
into the current
with carefree abandon

Kaula path of tantra, celebration,
thus mistaken as irresponsible.
Looking deeper we see meditation
in each action, cognition spherical,
embracing each breath as Gods miracle.
Rejecting external conditioning,
equal eye of tantric always dancing;
each action devotional surrender,
imbibing divine grace enlivening;
a child at heart, beholding Gods wonder!

There is nothing to be done by us here
Enjoy and make merry in the sunshine
Feel, oh hermit, throb of bliss as it spears

Nothing to be done, except to align
Playfully dance on to your hearts content
Feel, oh hermit, blessings of the divine

Innocence is our native element
Ever entwined with the supreme being
Feel, oh hermit, rapturous bliss current

Free of fear, in an aspect allowing
Feel, oh hermit, ecstasy unending

Let us be clear
We are here
In this mind body
Endowed
With senses five
Having polarities
Out of which
The inner is dormant
Since our attention
Is externalised

Likewise thought
Has two components
Of an indivisible
Whole
One aspect bisects
And fragments
Analyses and paralyses
Which is the domain
Of the ego
Or let us say
Identity
Whilst
The other aspect
Does not grasp
It simply connects
Unifies
Fuses
With universal mind
Without ego

God alone is
The all
Present within
Each lifetron
Both within
And without
Form
He is recognised
Felt
Known
Clearly
Unmistakably
As the throb of love
Pure
Vibrant
Luminous
Self existent
All embracing
Nonjudgmental
Omnipresent

Since God alone is
And is love
We too are
As He
Albeit
Temporarily misaligned
Owing to ego
Anchoring our attention
In a narrow domain
Of fears and desires
Arising from attachment
Rooted in delusion
In the ephemeral
To extend the life span
Of ego
Which on its own
Has no existence
Being but a bubble
Imaginary and unreal
Created by us
Through ignorance

The way to remember
Who we are
Is to enter silence
For in the stillness
There is no thought
And without thought
There is no ego
No doer
No identity
No delusion

The shift is slow
And gradual
Since we have indulged
For eons of time
In ego cravings
And thus
Considerable momentum
Has built up now
Yet if we so choose
To shift our attention
Effortlessly and prayerfully
Inwards
We connect with
Our own innate divinity
Instantly

The veil of ignorance
Or blockages
Are self imposed
By us on ourself
Or we may say
By the imaginary ego
On us

With this knowing
Oh hermit
You are free
Nothing needs to be done
Enjoy! Play!
Do as you like!
But do not stagnate
Do not get anchored
In any self serving groove
Of foolish thought
All that comes and goes
Which is transient
Is an illusion
Which we can enjoy
As a play
But always knowing
That it is
This life is
A movie
A dream

[Unseeking Seeker]

“we continue to play the game of hurt and revenge
until suffused with love by forgiveness we transcend”

Slipping into a lucid dream sequence,
I found myself by a child accosted
narrating trauma of lost innocence,
unable by prayer be placated,
revenge sought for being violated.
I took the child into future lifetimes,
wherein hatred melted in love sublime,
unconditional forgiveness the way
to exit fully karmic wheel of time,
becoming a bliss mist, ceasing to sway.

The child then departed, thus fully healed
but the pedophile who was there froze still,
for he too needed to joy and love feel,
choosing to be reshaped on the anvil,
surrendering being to divine will.
Surreal was the dream, true and lifelike,
wisdom download, being that Gods love spike
must be imbibed fully to heal all wounds,
percolating deep into our psyche,
consciousness then free, no longer earthbound.

Understanding intuitively, truth
Birthing ego for life experience
Blocked is the light, by our own hand forsooth
Lament not, oh hermit, for we are free
Ignite within the heart, the lamp of love
Negating nothing, in our joyful spree
Gods grace present both within and above

Joy, empathy, purity, compassion
Open heart reflects without cessation
Yielding within, throb of bliss elation

That which comes and goes unreal allure
Our heart lotus blooms and the lamp is lit
Feel the touch of love, in stillness quiet
Gently imbibing the bliss elixir

Pure joyful innocence our demeanour
Resting ego borne thoughts, always unsure
Head and heart aligned, our stance thus erect
Rise, oh hermit!

Flowing in meditational prayer
Blessings divine continue to outpour
An open heart, which forgives and forgets
Presence in silence, content to just sit
Ineffable joy, the new found flavour

Stoop to conquer, oh hermit, surrender
Open heart to grace, let thoughts be slower
The doing we do, is accord consent
Rise to the crown, then followed by descent
Our heart ignites; we look on in wonder

God alone is, the divine transmitter
We are content, as childlike receptor
Suffused with bliss, our native element
Stoop to conquer

Immersing ourself in fervent prayer
Delusion sheds off, layer by layer
By gently shifting into alignment
We behold a shining new moon crescent
Innocence bolder while heart grows softer
