Sometimes I sell crystals when they don't resonate with me when I get them. Usually I don't regret selling them, sometimes it happens though like with a big Rhodochrosite pendant. But I don't sell rare crystals that I have and certainly not the ones that resonate with me.
I do have a lot of pendants I keep in a box with drawers. It's my own medicine cabinet :P I feel fortunate to have them with me. Sometimes I have to remember that I don't own them as much as that they are with me. I am grateful for that.

Usually if you can buy them close to you physically that is always the best option because you can check them out before buying. That said, you can buy from Etsy and eBay as well but make sure that you are buying from a trusted seller and also compare prices. Etsy is known for overpricing items but sometimes sellers have good deals as well.
Another tip is reading about the crystal you want to buy so you come well prepared and won't buy a counterfeit product. For instance, a lot of dyed Howlite is being sold as Turquoise as an example. Knowledge is power.

^^^^ What Sylmar said.
And if you meant the pink Andes opals from the 1st page... I don't know. I've never seen these anywhere but in the Dutch crystal shop. You can of course buy pink Andes opal, but like these large tumbled ones... never seen them elsewhere.
