I hope your REIKI Master would have told you to continure practice REIKI on friends and family for atleast 21 days?

I hope you are feeling better Puggy. Use Reiki to give yourself self treatments every day for 21 days. Congratulations on your class!
I am glad my master does not teach Reiki 1 & 2 together. She is old school and believes that you need to adjust to the first attunement and each class afterward. I didn't have the physical ailments that you did Puggy, but I certainly had a lot of emotional stuff come up after my Reiki 1 class.
Take care of yourself while you are getting used to the energy. Keep us updated on your progress!

I got a terrible headache after my first attunement - and I generally don't get headaches at all. Same with the second. I just took it easy and drank lots of water for a few days.
Oh, and whined about having a headache ;)
