Any suggestions on how to use a pendulum outside when windy?
I am trying to find out what to use to cover my surroundings to prevent wind from getting to me outside on my balcony. A tent is too small and I need to sit in a chair and the covering needs to be a size to fit on my balcony and foldable for easy portable use.

Why do you have to use the pendulum outside on your balcony when it is windy?
You can probably use a fish tank: google.
