reiki and afib

As i mentioned a few months ago. That ive had bouts of atrisl fibilation. That's basically when the heart goes out of rythum, plus my heart rate speeds up to twice it's normal rate if not three times.

Being a truck driver i can't always stop to get help. Sometime i go in and out of rythim so often. It's hard for me to tell ehich is which.

I'm on medication, but most of the meds try to keep me in rythim. The only problem is that medications cant distinguish between the correct rythim and the wrong rythim. So when I'm out of rythim. The meds make it difficult to get back.

So eventually i end up getting my circuit breaker reset by a defibilator. Usually after a couple of months of being in afib. Plus my heart beating 120 pbm. My heart starts to get a little tired. Than i start retaining water and other nasty stuff.

Well this time i was ready for it. After practicing reiki on myself for almost a year, for various minor problems. When i went into afib this time. I did reiki quite intensely. I haven't been able to get myself into normal rythim. But before my doc described a change in meds. I did start to see my heart rate decline.

Ive also have not experienced any of the symptoms. Like i would have at this stage. So o definetely think that reiki has a role in managing heart problems. It does this by helping the rest of the body stay more relaxed. Thus giving the heart a lesser work load. Just like evening out the chakras does the same.

When you balance out the chakras. They're performing at their peak. That way one inst working any harder than the others.

I'm glad to hear that reiki worked for your heart problem... Those irregular heartbeats can be creepy, I know folks who have them. I will include you in my own prayers in hopes that you will see even more improvement.
