Hmmm... maybe that's why my entire body is aching like you wouldn't believe?
I don't usually follow new moons but I have noticed before that I sometimes react strongly to it.
And since a few days all my muscles seem to ache terribly for no apparent reason at all. And I tend to get a wee bit dizzy every now and then.

I was reading that this new moon would be a good time to set intentions. As I was setting intentions, I also pulled a card for the day, and it was the 9 of swords, reversed. - your mind is clear and your are coming out of a funk.

Thank goodness my physical troubles went away on the 3rd, the day after the new moon and the portal day of the 2nd!
It was god awful! My vertigo hadn't been this bad since it started I think. And all my muscles & ligaments were aching like you wouldn't believe.
I have the muscle pains more often with full moons, but not the vertigo with it. For some reason this one had a major impact on me.

I had never thought of physical attributes associated with a full moon. I may have to pay better attention.

It never used to affect me much physically, more emotionally, in the past. But the last couple of years the physical impact can be big.
But that's for me. Not to say everyone will be affected this way.
And some full moons are wonderful, others give me great pain.
This time with the new moon I think it was also the combi 'new moon & portal'.
