It's called acceptance, it's when you simply accept what is and don't try to 'colour' it or change it in any way. "I am" is all that's needed, it's a simple acknowledgement and acceptance of our own existence and nothing more. It means there's a harmony with oneself and there is no need to be other than who or what we are. "I am Spiritual" is an imposition of the Jungian ego, and can often reflect that we're not comfortable with ourselves.

When you are accepting and comfortable with yourself you are comfortable and accepting with everything else around you, and there's no need to perceive anyone or anything as something they are not. It's there that you perceive the 'Isness'.

Everything just IS.
