Now how do I describe Tempeh, without gagging I mean
Tempeh (I spelled the word incorrectly earlier as I was too disgusted to spell it correctly).
It is a protein, meat alternative for some made out of fermented soybeans.
The soybeans are fermented, cooked and pressed together in a disgusting smoosh. Some people marinate it in various things. I avoid it at all costs. I can't even! HAHAHA
I don't mind tofu though as I find the texture less offensive. Tofu is smooth, tempeh is kind of lumpy and chunky.
OK, I can now decontaminate my mind now from such sinful thoughts as Tempeh. hahaha
I better go pray for 25 minutes so that I don't go to culinary hell!
