that latter wasn't a troll either... seriously the only words I've heard all my life is 'do the correct thing or else'. I'm getting really tired of hearing it and Seth really should have known better than to saddle people with more of the same...

You don't have to do anything. It depends what you want:
  • if you want love, peace, happiness in your life, think / feel those emotions;
  • if you want hate, anger, fear in your life, think / feel those emotions.

That's how I believe it works. I quoted Seth because I agree with him on this.

It isn't that somebody will judge and punish you. It is that you get what you focus on, not what you want, because that's how reality works. If you don't believe it works that way, do whatever you believe that works better for you.
