I do not think it was a demon attack. I think it happened because you were at the wrong place at the wrong time. That could have happened to anyone.

Just a thought
Ya know...it could have been something as simple as the back of your head /haircut reminded him of
his childhood abuser and it triggered him...since he was already, say, 'emotionally off-balance'?
How many times has someone, ha, a spouse, screamed at the other for doing something simple...
not closing a cupboard door....JUST as their father never did.
Triggers can be anything when we still have them. IMO.
Then you add his mental state or brain chemistry being off....which if you
wanna get into 'bad spirits or demons' is what they take advantage of!!
Again from my experience...having a mom with this very issue that would go bonkers, her face would change as if possessed.
Her Christian neighbor witnessed this and said, "I heard about this, but I have NEVER witnessed it."
(...The actual physical change and such anger.)

This is tricky stuff...I mean there is a guy in prison from my city* that shot at a truck trying
to get to an Exit---crossed in front of him.
(The City changed the entire highway because of this, btw...too many accidents before this.)
Was that a bad spirit, a demon - just over blown anger after having a bad day?
Temporary insanity? Who is to say.
And it is certainly not 'ignorant' to wonder?
*Moved to my mellow city from California to get away from that overcrowded place!!
He brought his tension with him! Shooting multiple shots is in the same category as beating on
someone from behind, imo.

Just thought I'd leave this as a side note..............
Some of the most Spiritually advanced souls are to be found in psychiatric units.

(A downtown pastor told me this...well, she called some of them saints.)

Demons were all human once becoming one due to clinging onto their own creation in place of God's. So you could say this is a demon attack by one who hasn't died yet.
