solar plexus question?

hi everyone :)

Has anyone ever felt like their solar plexus has just flipped or popped so to speak, not sure how else to explain it?

I just wondered if anyone else has felt it and if anyone has any idea of what it means at all?

and no i know it definitely wasn't wind lol

It sounds like its repairing itself. Sometimes when we get a physical injury or even an emotional/spiritual one it can affect the chakras and it usually appears by a darkening, or vortex imbalance.

I get this all the time. Solar plexus is your emotional storage. This can happen when you are harboring emotions you don't want to face right now. Sadness, emotional pain, anger, guilt, remorse, etc. Try clearing your chakras daily and work on getting to know your feelings inside. Work on those you are trying to hide from yourself.

I felt once like big syrupy bubbles lifted up and out. It was like old stale energy leaving. It was the first energy sensation I ever had during my first meditation ever. I think you were removing some energy blocks. I've had other blocks open with a popping sensation.

Solar plexus is that network of nerves that controls the stomach. When we are hungry, gastric juice are secreted from the gastric mucosal cells after the nerve from the solar plexus sends electric signals to the cells of the stomach to secrete hydrochloric acid. It`s the result of one being conditioned of what he perceives as eating time. If the stomach sizzling with HCL does not receive the food the owner envisioned he should partake on time the digestive juice will have no other way but digest the cells responsible for its production. This is the theory of why a cancer cell eat its own bother & sister cells. The source of such is caused by our mental conditioning we inherited from the past. To rectify this kind of mentality I will deal on it later when I have covered the entire page categories with my musings.

Of course the physical stomach and the solar plexus chakra are two different things, although related in some ways.
