The dilemma. The person passed away and the body was no longer physical then she crossed over while the spirit remained highjacked. She is on the other side but the spirit still lingers like residual. It has been about two years since I last saw her in her physical body. There are others involved like siblings and family. What to do next.

What dilema are you facing?
What do you mean about her spirit being hijacked or lingering "like residual"?
What do you mean by others "being involved", her siblings and family? Involved in what?
What do you think needs to be done next? |

I Would ask the same question. when a person passes away the body stays here and the soul carries on in the spirit world.

So her body was cremated? How does anyone know if a spirit is ''hijacked''?
Clearly it seems she died, from what I can gather..but her spirit still hangs around here as many do.

Why is it confusing? You're not explaining clearly why you have a dilemma.

Her body was transmuted. The spirit was highjacked because she lost control of her life and became invaded by other spirits. She managed to cross over eventually but there was no body to bury. Others try to impersonate her and sort of steal her life and confuse us. What is needed is some closure.
