How to avoid getting and remove a mental virus from a cult?

I’m not sure what cord cutting will do. I’m not sure if it’s the right thing to do. I’d rather say, just feel it. Feel it all the way. But also in the right way. Because cults suppress stuff in you, maybe the right thing to do is feel it

Cord cutting removes the hooks and cords that are attached to your etheric body. Everyone has them. Only the negative cords get cut.

Any gathering in a cult context connects to the egregor (~collective consciousness) of the cult. I can even feel it with Catholic Church. If I go to Church once in a while, which I love, I am ok but if I go to Church on a regular basis, I feel the hold of bigotry, even more so if I join Bible study groups and attend meals with fellow parish members. So this might go without saying but I'd rather be clear: cutting cords needs to be done after each contact with a cult or even a cult-ish group and, for someone who isn't experienced enough, there is no cutting cords from a cult without severing all ties with the cult.

Glad to hear things are better. You can also carry around pouches of salt in your pocket to help keep negative energy away. Black tourmaline is also very protective.
