Discipline for me
I'm an impatient one. Although pigeon is one I could release into forever.

Sweet. Pigeon is nice, but 5 minutes is about my max with that one, I think. I don't often do it, but you've given me an idea.

Looking to improve dancing and get back into rigorous yoga training like last year.

Go ahead. Inspire me.

LibbyScorp - I am fortunate in that I have an exercise machine to work out on as well as a weight machine. The problem sometimes with me is motivation to get down in the basement and actually work out.

Something I've started doing recently however, is pulling up on the TV a Youtube yoga video to work out to. Stretching and flexibility is something I don't usually do. After just one session of yoga I woke up the next day feeling pain in areas I've never felt before.

Isn't that funny how we get these machines and not use them? Lol. I didn't use my rowing machine for quite some time and there's no excuse when I see the thing every day in front of me. It's really been helping my stress levels lately so I'm glad I have it.

I'm glad you're loving the YouTube yoga. I suggest that to people a lot. There are so many!!!! It's incredible. Even if you're not working out otherwise, it is such a beneficial practice for your mind and body.

Re Total Gym.
I love it! I didn't realize I was even slimming down!
And I had equipment get dusty before.

I bought a Big Roku TV for the room--(they are SO cheap now) - and it's like heaven -alone, watching Netflix - time flies by.
Then, I actually say out loud so it gets into my subconsc mind -- "God, I love this."

I put a mirror up so when I'm backwards I can still see the TV! Hahahaha.
When I get hugs - a guy friend said, 'Whoa you ARE firmer '.
He felt my back muscles, then arms...I didn't even realize it!
Best thing I even did. I'm like a commercial, I know. :)
He asked me about motivation. I looked puzzled, I said, "I look fwd to using it!"

Couldn't help myself from looking around and found this crazy $3,000 one. Must have it. I can wait til these things go down in price, though but goals.

I must say $3000 seems like, too much. It is kinda cute, tho. :)
If u go to Total Gym online they start at $1300, huh? I got a new one delivered in a week for $419.
The gliding on your back thing tightened my butt so much, and I stare at my thighs -cuz they are so much thinner -
took 2 months of just fun ---when I suddenly noticed the change.
(Ya know, baggy clothes during lockdown, and all.)

And thank you for all your hospital work, my friend.
