What interests you

Hi all, what interest you the most with the ap thread? Is it how we separate from our body and the method we use. What works and what does not work. Do you prefer to just read about ap experiences? Perhaps you like to read everything. I am hoping to get lots of replies so I get an idea what people like. My ap is on hold. I am not trying to ap but if I do then that is great. I will get back to ap.

I like to read about other people experiences. And learning where everyone is at from it. I believe that is the most interesting part.

Reading about experiences is interesting but my main focus is on how we separate from the body and the variety of methods used.

The ap literature covers a wide spectrum when it comes to techniques. Some books recommend complicated procedures which take a couple of hours or longer. Other books go to the other extreme and say that no techniques are necessary and ap will happen naturally.

All I can conclude is that no techniques work for everyone and no techniques work every time. And maybe we have a tendency to over-complicate what should be a very simple and natural process.

My favorite thing is hearing how people react once they realized they AP'd. I also love hearing how they experience the location: what they see, hear, think, etc. I haven't experienced this but I want to. I just have very vivid dreams but can never seem to take control of them once I try I wake up.

I like to read about experiences, and also when they just start to do this, because I'm a beginner, and love to hear someone on my level. I like sometimes to read about techniques.
