Hello everyone,

I am from South East England. Not new to medtation by any stretch of the imagination. It would be nice to share experiences here just like the forum, I like a few others, were reffered from - www.walkthepath.com. Pathwalker, are you there??? ;)

The reason I meditate is to help focus on the perfect direction in my life, as I feel it should be used. It's definitely not a fad or a trend to me. If used in the right way, certain things that were lacking before can be achieved, and fulfilled. Anyway, see you later.
