Visions of being in a tall skyscraper, looking down
I have many many visions of being high up in the sky looking down, normal weather.
Usually in a building however very high up in the building, looking down on an aerial view.
Is this a bad omen?

Hello
What are you avoiding getting done? What are you looking down on that is there to be completed?
You mention normal weather what is that? This seems to play into what you're avoiding. That need for clear skies so that need for a clean slate or new outlook.
