How would I interpret based on this please?
I have a tarot deck with swords, cups, wands, the fool etc.
I can sometimes hear spirit, very subtle in one words or a few words at times and spirit only warns me.
If I draw some cards to know about a situation or what may be said, how would I interpret the cards if let's say I have 3 of cups, 7 of cups, 2 of wands etc?

Every Tarot deck has swords, cups, wands, Pentacles, and 22 Great Arcana cards.
If you don't know anything about Tarot use the internet to learn the basics or buy a nice beginners book. Start using the cards, preferably 1 card a day and see how you interpret it and by the end of the day see if it's correct.
Don't do more than 2 or 3 in the beginning or you'll get overwhelmed.
