@FallingLeaves You are more awake than ever, usually, sometimes it can be confusing. Yes, the thing is that the detachment from the body is about being able to float outside the body when AP, not like you know, leaving the body behind, dying. Given there are many subtle bodies, you may not even see the silver cord, I saw it once and that was it, years ago, it's like a wire coming out of the belly button and it was connecting me with the body.

I agree with ThatMan. I used to get stuck and struggled to free myself. Eventually I got out. With practice it got easier as I got more confidence. I am just going on my experiences on what happens to me. I do not read on what is supposed to happen or not.

@astralsuzy really happy for you! Maybe just some of us go through this "stage", these experiences are very intimate but I see there are things shared by many.
