Heart chakra throbbing..

Last week my heart chakra has been throbbing… literally pulling and full of energy…

The only thing that’s changed is that I dedicated to work and look after the self more~ I decided 4-5 years of supported housing and to get fit.

The voices of my clan are always around 8-9 ish they are not doing anything different so maybe this is from the intention of having children??

Could possibly they be (the future children or mother) be giving me a synchronicity?

I think it’s because I’m opening my self to unconditional love- where I’ve been based on luxuries and indulging…

I’ve been focusing on opening other chakras the last 10 years. Slowly with meditation I’ve opened my root healed my sacral (at least it’s not flowing as uncomfortable)

My third eye throbs now and then. But I can get to irritable to sit and meditate so I have to do a walk, standing meditation..

There’s so much information with physics etc that I can’t validate so I have to let go - although I do get synchronicity’s regarding alternative life’s with dreams etc
