I absolutely luuuuuuuv being on my own!!!

Sometimes I feel it’s a privilege not having to share my space another person.

It can be seen as a privilege considering the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Finding the right balance is beneficial imo

My approach used to be "kick the darkness until it bleeds daylight"....but I am learning to slow down and just be.

NASB 1 Corinthians 12:31 But earnestly desire the greater gifts.

And yet, I am going to show you a far better way.

So Pual then follows up talking about the gifts in CH 13 and concludes with verse 13 of CH 13.

NASB 1 Corinthians 13:13 But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

Prior to Pual's conclusion in CH 13 about Love being the greatest gift he has a great description of Love, which is the Way IMHO.

NASB 1 Corinthians 13:4 Love is patient, love is kind, it is not jealous; love does not brag, it is not arrogant.
5 It does not act disgracefully, it does not seek its own benefit; it is not provoked, does not keep an account of a wrong suffered,
6 it does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;
7 it keeps every confidence, it believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Have a Blessed day
Peace

eezi-ulcer…….thanks for posting…..for me it is easy to call that the best chapter in the Bible…..allow me to focus on just one detail: “is not provoked”

If we are provoked it is usually because we feel threatened or challenged and it activates our ego….this leads to judgement of right or wrong….if love lives in us we should instead let forgiveness be our first response….that is which changes the dynamic of the situation…..
