Which was my survival tools I formulated in my upbringing through abuse and violence and alcoholism which was my surroundings
from birth to age 20.So from age 20 to present (57) it has been a decoupling of these self-centered tendencies that I rooted myself in in my formative years.
So these things sneak in from time to time like a default setting.

I hope I have provided enough information for you to get a general idea of my use of the words ego and sneaky ego.
These are pretty big topics, so I am trying to be thorough enough but brief.

‘his’ brain seems to imply that is unique to ‘him’……..not a sharing of some universal brain……
