All these years there were times I could feel a cold air wave in my face.i felt it when I was experimenting with the sahasrara Chakra,the masculine aspect of God,the upper current,the positive pole and some minutes before with Shiva as well.

Catchy name isn it?

Also it was the same draft I felt when I experienced a short ego death.

So for the moment I know that the energetic aspect that runs from up to down is cold,
and from down to up hot.

I'll try to explore polarity on a deeper level.

I too felt that cold air wave coming from nowhere, just like that, and that when meditating. In a warm room suddenly feeling like a pocket of cold air, I usually observed it but never dared to open my eyes. And yes, up to down, usually from my head towards the lower body.

When I had the Shiva experience, I woke up because I felt cold and hot waves all over my body.
It was bizarre.
For one second hot, the next one cold.

And of course it happened when my conscious mind was out of the way.
That's why things happen in your sleep.

Anyway.

One time I asked the cold draft why it comes, what is doing and why, and I was told
I am fixing lthe unbalanced stuff you do everyday.

I think the title of the thread is amazing.

( I also still get the cold waves all over my body from top to toe on a very regular basis )
It's a lovely feeling as though my skin is being tickled by a thousand angel feathers.

Cold waves are spirits giving signs. I get them alllll the time nonstop.

I sometimes get comfort out of it and other times adjustments, warning or a well meant “good job keep going”

The warm ones are usually good ones for me. But even better at understanding them is how it feels to me. Is it cold, like a fresh breeze? Good. Is it cold as in I’m too cold? Bad.

We all learn to read the "feelings" for ourselves because we are all individual and over time became accustomed to their meanings .
It's like trying to learn maths .... Suddenly we "get it " .... LOL.. and I'm RUBBISH at maths ! So that's how I know I've come a long way spiritually ...!!
