I suppose I like to see how my own processors, fit into other processors. As an experiencer more directly, I’ve never been one for guidelines or text to tell me what I need to be doing. My process has been to open, let go of stuff that no longer serves, feel my way through the darkness and rise to the light of clarity aware. Just be going deep into my own mind/body, it allows me to Identify connections and patterns, in most other processors or chosen path. I don’t need to know of course, but often it’s just there revealing itself. Simply because process, through direct experience tends to reveal everything more directly at deeper nuanced feeling level of experience. If you’ve unplugged the feeling stream, there often is no where it can’t go.. it simply flows through everything so there’s no escape, from yourself..

Anyhow I’m rambling lol

Reaching the place where life is ok as it is, is a good place to reside.
