having been, seen and so known
truth of our true being as living light
our life view shifts although ego exists
that we may feel the pulse of duality
so being awake within this lucid dream
there now remains no desire we hold onto
moment to moment in the continuum
embracing and releasing the life pulse
seeking is replaced by a burning yearning

to hold still the flame of awareness within

eat when hungry
and sleep when sleepy ~
an age old counsel of monks
seemingly easy but we cannot
being in bondage to ego agendas
and so it’s time we relook at our life
for methinks now the tail wags the dog

no desire
no anticipation
no rear view mirror

the past erased
future the vast void
vibrancy here and now

breath that leaves no residue

nothing should exist
but still does appear
as separate objects
in as perceived by us
in our body apparatus
which we then delight in
and wholly identify with
to the extent that we forget
our true Self so cognising
through limited senses five
analysed by lower mind
vibrations slowed down
so appearing crystallised
to differentiated awareness
in the realm of duality

if wonder and astonishment
be our ever present orientation
there then remains no possibility
for presence to remain deluded
whilst beholding myriad illusions
for which each breath we bilocate
in the pause of polarity interchange
aware of the source of awareness
ever pulsating as light self-renewing
in the transcendent void of nothingness
and yet immanent here in form
ever aglow as our spiritual heart
wherefrom the life pulse enlivens us
until the purpose of this dream ends

we are hypnotised
by the environment
and once we know this

it is the first recognition

nothing is as it seems
all that comes and goes unreal
yet here we are to learn by touch

this is the second recognition

limited are senses and mind
and what’s limited cannot be us
in stillness the world disappears

this is the third recognition

waves of bliss cascade within
making the transcendent immanent
attention fixated thus, we live internally

this is the fourth recognition

in timeless time, identity drops away
ego dies, we become the twice born
we behold our true Self as living light

this is the fifth recognition

as long as we’re in trance
from which we would awake
at any moment of our choosing
by employing our innate freedom
it is imperative that we have a tool
an anchor onto which we may hold
awareness of singularity in duality
and thereby this is the practice
in reverence without identity

for in truth there’s no one here
except our eternal luminous Self
