Help with weird experiences
I have been feeling someone crying, it feels like tears are falling from my eyes. Has anyone experienced this before?

It used to be called clairsentience but a more common word nowadays is claircognizance. It's one of the 'clairs' of mediumship and it's supposed to be one of the strongest. It's also a doozy when you feel the emotions like that. I'm clairsentient. And frankly, I'd very much recommend seeking out a Spiritual church if you're having experiences like this, I know from experience that they can knock you on your backside. |

I to would advise you to go to a spiritual church. I was born with my gifts so i am used to it, but for someone starting out it can be overwhelming

Do you feel sadness also or is it just tears? Also, how can you tell the difference between your own sadness and sadness that you pick up from someone/something else? |

I have not felt that specific sensation, but I am clairsentient as well.
The next time you feel it, ask it what it wants to share with you. What message it has.
Either you will receive a message for yourself, or you will tune into that person's needs. If the latter, give them what they need.
For ex: maybe they need a hug, or a kind word. So then just imagine giving them a hug / sending a hug, or mentally send them a kind word.

i had this once or twice as i woke i had tears in my eyes i got dressed and was going out when i noted a lot of people around opposite neighbours flat colin had suddenly passed but i also had the feeling he was by me because i suddenly got the feeling of im sorry brian now i really understand what you really are but it was not my ego as i know the difference if you try to use your ego for mediumship it will not work your ego only thinks of its self and nothing else thats why meditation is very important for you you not live in the monkey mind
