Thank you, I was given one more "warning", again, this time I was told: "You should stay away from coldness for it's bad for your blood sugar levels"; of course I have problems with the blood sugar and of course in my experience there was winter everywhere.

I had no idea that cold can affect the blood sugar levels, I had to google this. I fell asleep uncovered and my room slowly froze over night.

I didn't know this either!
Online:

"How Cold Weather Can Spike Your Blood Sugar:
Cold temperatures can stress your body.
In response, your body releases stress hormones such as cortisol to provide an energy boost.
These hormones reduce insulin production.''

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

It's interesting because I've seen people on YouTube dunk themselves in ice water and they say it's good for the body?

@Miss Hepburn Yes, that's it

@pixiedust I know, but maybe it's not for everyone, my grandma used to tell me that in WW2 when the Germans were passing through my area, I live in Europe, they used to bath in cold water, like really cold water, and this at the very first hour of dawn.. and this was like something really good to do for one's health.

Cold water is good, it's the pillar of many people who sell books and videos etc about aging and health.
I've heard that we should get around 10 to 20 minutes of cold exposure every week to start producing brown fat (1-2 minutes per day), which is supposed to be a health marker, linked to diabetes and obesity.

Ice baths I would be careful with them, in my experience they don't bring anything compared to a regular bath (immersion) and a short cold shower. Idk maybe I haven't activated an energy source and that's why my body doesn't like it.
Hot baths are good also.

I've been taking cold showers (or ending the regular shower with cold water for a minute or 2) for 5-7 years, and I feel good, younger than my age that's for sure.

But my struggle is usually to store enough fat so that I can fast for more than a day without my body complaining "eeeeeh where's the energy ?!"

What's good for a range of people may not be good for you if you haven't activated this and that, or if you have other conditions. Try it and listen to your body!
