Hearing my name, female voice

Hi

I've been hearing a voice irregularly, last time like 5 hours ago. But the voice is sort of scary to me, it seems... cold. When this happened, i felt pressure around my "Personal area" . Like something was touching the area. I was laying in my bed and I thought of how l would appreciate some loving company, someone to express love for, then I heard the voice. I heard the voice like 1 week ago as well, but nothing happened. I've also been feeling cold breezes.

I've never astral projected before, only as a child. I cant remember any guides etc.. but also, lately i've been hitting the vibrational stage like three times, all times by "accident". When I feel that I am about to leave my body I stop the process because I don't want to get scared, it's the unknown, don't know what will happen etc. When I opened my eyes during vibrational stage 1 week ago, I saw what appeared to be a 4 year old boy, white skin, black hair and eyes, and it made threatful faces and sounds 2 times. The first time he did it, i did the same thing back, out of defense like in the real world. Then it went back to normal, sort of. Then 5 seconds later it did the same thing, but my reaction was just "sadness", why would you do that to me-face. Then it looked away ignoring me. I also saw something hovering by my feet.. It was surrounded by white light, but it was black on the inside. Like this ( O ) the black being the O.

I dont know really, what are your views on this? Should I take the step and leave my body during vibrational stage? i always chicken out

Worth saying is that i've been very sad / stressed / angered the past 6-7 years, but i feel like something is about to change. It will either be great happiness, courage etc or the opposite.

I think before you do anything you need to eradicate the spirit that is troubling you. In my experience with angels, they only invoke feelings of happiness, love and safety. Anything else is certainly not an angel. I feel perhaps a spirit has sensed a vulnerability within you and is taking advantage. Ask Archangel Michael to send this spirit packing I'd say and then focus on astral projection. You might feel a lot safer doing this knowing this spirit was gone. Good luck! :)
