A centering practice for daily life

BREATHING WITHIN

* Bring your attention down from your head (where it usually hangs out) and into your lower belly, below your navel.

* Breathe your inhale gently into your lower belly, then exhale with a soft sigh.

* Relax down and inward with your breathing.

Notice how your mind starts to slow down... and you gradually begin to let go inwardly.

* If your attention goes back up into head thinking, simply bring it down gently into your breathing again.

* Just keep breathing… within.

If you like this you may make it a habit.
