Your intuition picked up on my hesitation to bring in the linear map example.

thanks for sharing that it is a universal teaching.

using feeling to hollow out. my experience of anyways.

inside the body and or system is stuck energy. inside is an emotion tied up. feeling ones way to that to release it. perhaps everyone does without thinking about it. finding those knots to de-tangle. trance helps locate them. you may literally feel them in a certain part of the body. or a certain little area.

I agree.
It's seems to be blockages that limit energy.

i have tons in my head im working on. energy has to flow through and around them. used to be uncomfortable. if i pushed way to hard on them i would feel sorts sick a little like feeling of vomiting. if it was less head pains.

so when i meditate i don't do so from the third eye. i used to think i will just focus their and move it all out. mother nature taught me i was stupid. i must have patience. although it seems like i will never get to my destination of clearing, lol, everyday a little closer. a little. lol

I hear you.

I imagine long hauling has it's own stress challenges.

Who's got the biggest Medicine bag we say.
It is an old story, that Saami and Karel shamen had a duel about who had more ‘power’.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0f9dg3gwIqM

The ‘expert’ says – such duel or ‘turf war’ never took place.
I have never experienced it. Besides we just get too fascinated by our shared stories, and since relatives are mixed – whose side are you going to be on, since you are both.

With Aboriginals as well – it is just a sheer relief, that one can tell these other-dimensional stories without having to explain further.

My late partners grandfather was the “Clever Man” of the tribe, so all the grandkid cousins hoped/expected to inherit his ways.
Well, they all have some abilities, but nobody got the whole ‘baggage’.

*

I just met this lovely, lovely young lady.
We had a good talk.
Then I asked her what she is – Aboriginal and what?
She said she is Aboriginal and Z – half and half.
Then she said I was the first person to have guessed her to be Aboriginal.

But it wasn’t a guess really. It was the ‘energy-signature’ of her auric-field, her energy-field.
And I have got no idea how to explain – how one “sees” it.

The most ‘spiritual’ person I have ever seen, was this Aboriginal lady in her 60s.

When she came walking by the bus-stop I was sitting …. I kid you not – the whole landscape turned black-and-white, like an old black-and-white film, because of the shadow she cast over the environment by being such a bright light.

What I ‘read’ from the encounter, was that she was still in this world, but not of this world anymore …
Her energy-field wasn’t - hair raisingly – she no longer had any attachments.

That was “Clear Light”. Her energy-field had turned into Light.
Clear Light is not Kundalini – or is it?

So, I guess she is my 'spiritual hero’. But what a tall order.

When I asked the other lady who was sitting on the bus-stop with me, what she thought about the Aboriginal lady who had just walked by - "Didn't she have a lovely dress?"
The other lady hadn't even seen/noticed her.

It is true, when the student is ready, the teacher shows up.

You are right on.

Bare feet in the grass!!!!
Silly me went a ahead and did it under the Moon in wet grass
with the added threat of night slugs.

You do connect right away, done a few movements, though I mostly
was in awe of the Moon and Stars and remembering it has been since last
summer that my bare feet have touched the Earth.
I needed that****

Thanks, It actually inspired me to work on a nice outdoor spot under cherry trees and cedar trees.

But I didn't mean on wet sluggy grass.
You obviously connected with the Heavens ( Yang ) and Earth ( Yin )
