She thinks about so much negative stuff - especially
being angry about it and she just creates more and more ---for decades!!!

Yeah, releasing all trying/reaching. Surrendering completely. To the fullness of this moment. Allowing everything, in this present moment. To be.

Hey thank you zastrakoza, I can relate to this from long ago past experiences. I meditated in full presence and allowance of all things, circumstances and conditions and experiences in my present moment, and the result was mindblowingly positive. I even found a conscious connection or channeling of higher dimensional consciousness.
I guess due to trauma, I had to teach myself to meditate excludingly, and withdraw my attention from everything and really go deep within, even into unconsciousness states sometimes. Diminishing my consciousness on purpose. It is not a good habbit perhaps, but I've done this for many years to cope.
Maybe it is time I try a more inclusive and less resistant / avoidant form of meditation.

I also find it hard to relate to the negative emotions or sensations. As I've learned to completely denie and ignore them for so long. Especially regarding empathy. With so many negative people, my powerful sensitivity to all things, and powerful sensitive ability to be in empathy would often cause endless suffering and pain into my experience. But I guess the difference is that I don't have to try to change it, or judge it, just let it be and remain in my awareness. Without assuming or thinking anything about anything. And learning to be unconditionally aware of anything and all things. And grow my awareness perhaps, without going into self contradictions/negative energies.

To try to make peace with existence just as it is. To simply be and let be. Even releasing any and all trying also, to be at peace.

Defiantly yes, when you put your mind to something has to be achieved: when you put in ; it has to put out or put more in( you can definite get more knowing or information through the attraction forces) it's not to much hard work...creative force is hard to rekon' with!
