Just thinking about the interview with Ed Begely Jr on NPR a little while ago, I enjoy NPR's weekend programming.

Today, I am proof reading my novel and thinking about how I can convey what I would like to say, in the way I would like to say it. I am also thinking about my holiday to Paris next week, where I am going to go, and the photographs I am going to take. I have been looking up ideal views of the Eiffel Tower and such.

Whatcha thinkin' about ?: I have been wanting to try Mediterranean food lately , even though the only thing I ever ate were Gyros. Milwaukee WI has more of diverse resteraunts options than Beloit WI dose. Milwaukee is 1 hr 13 min*(77.6*mi) drive from Beloit though, and I do not know
how to drive. Also there is no busing between the two towns either.

I took a minute out of my life just to be thankful. I don't have many material things. But I am very satisfied where I am at

And I'm thinking - look at some easy recipes online -
buy some yogurt, grate a cucumber in it, let it sit and feta cheese and you're half way there!
Ha, then in a salad bar (in my supermarkets) or in cans buy some stuffed grape leaves, oh, also at the supermarket is hummus!
Then you're like 90% there!

And a lemon helps! Fun!

Missing the forum I was on and had a lot of good discussions and friends and the mods were terrible to me. Miss Hepburn, you know what I'm talking about.
