Its busy here in our town out and about - maybe 50% unmasked getting on with it - still on path 'at the moment' getting to Christmas in decent shape... Bugs are rampant at the moment as winter approaches here - so many self isolating as told to, but viruses are rampant so really does that work, all sorts of flu's about - and variant this and variant that.

Strengthen immune systems is so important, with a no entry sign here bugs, or you'll be dealt with.

My wife watches a lot of hospital programs, and people/actors are in emergency its infection this, infection that, they're everywhere and they're coming for ya 'just joking' stay strong there.

I was thinking this morning when ive been getting aching this and aching that, as happens to all of us weekly/monthly but my cells deal with it - sometimes we get multiple virus attacks daily, get busy cells... And I remember twice in my recent years when a bug put me out of action for about 6 weeks 'and' seen back specialists.

I had recently one evening a light pain in back of my lower neck - bug cells, and it was - they got it moved within a day, then a few days later its in the left shoulder - for a couple of days, but we got it shifted - not as in years ago when once in a knee and and a hip 2 years later, stuck there for a month or so - they got cosy, not anymore, you're not welcome here, shoo.

The shop where my wife works are so short of staff - so this morning I went to the job centre today in town, so they're going to give them a call, personal service eh - I told them there my wife and her boss are so busy, can't get staff... It seems the government furlough scheme, paying people's wages for staying at home for a year has made 'some/many people' lazy.

I said to them people can't be bothered - and he said to me, before the pandemic we never had this problem, but ive since heard this from other shop staff the 'can't be bothered' words.

I also went to the hospital - its so quiet there... They have volunteers by the main desk to offer assistance - I said to him, myself and the shopkeepers have been displaying posters, to keep people positive, and help keep pressure off the hospital - and he said yes its quiet apart from the accident and emergency department.

One more question I said - in the A and E are they busy with covid? - general he said, wear and tear stuff I said? Yes - and issues to do with the doctors back log patients.

This is good regarding our fight with viruses, it shines a light to other towns/countries - keep busy everyone, there is real hope...

I agree it's making many people lazy. But you really can't go by others laziness. Now is a great time of opportunities if you're looking for them. The people who find reward out of all these new opportunities will benefit the most. At some point the lazy will be left behind. Focus on your personal opportunities not the lazy people. I been keeping my head above water independently and taking on new opportunities as there available during the whole pandemic. Yes just read that hallow, there's some stress going on in some workplaces that's for sure - weakening immune systems as well...

I've been listening to radio 1 here - they're doing a brilliant job of 'lifting people's energy' so funny, the presenters just on - the young lady got Jordan North drinking a pint of gravy, so funny, his voice has gone strange now.

So many unmasked in town today - I was in a bank this morning, I'd been there many times with Stay Strong posters in the past... I went to the counter, I was smiling as normal, and as I got to the counter, lady working there i'd not met before picked up on my good vibes, and she said, hello how are you? good I said, she replied correct answer - we got on well for those few moments, and I gave her some of my latest info, I said it's to do with staying strong until Christmas, she said i'll put it up.

She said this will be nice when we get there, I want to see my mum... I said to her 'do they make you wear these' as in masks, yes she said - so that inspired me to say more on my website today, refresh main page anyone interested, up a gear with guidance.

The idea of power up your immune system 'those words' came to me yesterday, which is what I teach people right now, local and worldwide - but i'd not written those words in my website until later yesterday... So that being in now and the year 2022 been heavily in my mind this last 24 hours, and giving people opportunity to strengthen immune system, jabbed or not 'with knowledge' as an option for future years...

And today I called in Helping Hands Home Care in town. not seen this lady there in ages, she took my photo that's on my website no 2 power of the mind talks out of 6 that i'd done before that 'thing' virus stopped me doing more, as in you can't come in here, people said.

I was 'one day' away from doing no 7 in a gym, it was booked 2 weeks before which is what I wanted on my CV, and the thing stopped me - lol does this sound like war.

Anyway, speaking to this lady - she said that she'd had a bad cough in spring 2020 and she was saying, my workmates said do you think it could be covid, don't be daft she said to them its a cough - but she said looking back it probably was.

And she said what about all that bad flu we all had in town in Nov/Dec 2019 - I said we dealt with that didn't we - no creating fear back then, weakening immune systems - we got on with it... And it came to my mind that even though she's dealt with a lot in her years here, there was still confusion in her mind.

So as of today i'm doing 'Power up the Immune System' talks locally and online - ive designed the flyers for it this afternoon, giving a few out to businesses in the morning as a trial, see what the reaction is.

And I just went to look on my phone, and the time read 2022, the year on my mind now - and the reflection came on under the eaves, so I see where this goes.

So science and viruses, I offer an option to power up the immune system, naturally - in the mix...

Ive just updated this text below to my website, along with other bits and pieces - having a go at the hourly news again lol - its true though what I say, and people in power hadn't thought about it lowering immune systems by the millions... I tell you what though, not been much mention of 'pushing young people' with strong immune systems for jabbing, and we're getting on with it here - and the jabbed can be bug carriers - we've got to learn to live with these things, say buzz off i'm busy - be strong....

Sun's shining today, not many masks about...

I been up town put a couple of pots of pansies with a shrub outside my church to add to the others, good service on Sun people are coming in... After plants, I went up main street with half a dozen of my new 'power up the immune system' talks flyers - gave a couple out to banks, and on the way back this lad about mid 20's with his shop work clothes on 'masked up' getting ready have a cig.

I gave him the last flyer for my little trial run today - I said i'm doing free talks local and online if a few of your friends are interested in learning - on powering the immune system up.

Really he smiled, could that work? So I said my bit, and he said funny you should say all this, I was watching a film only last night where a man got the use of his hands back again using mind power... I said yes power of the mind.

It's nice now I get to meet the people again, as it was back in 2019...

Ive put this on my website this morning on my more info page re force jabbing NHS workers or they're out - and i'll be writing here later, someone's got to speak up... So many in the UK and worldwide just go along as they're told to, like sheep - where's my holiday, wake up people....

We are winning here right now in the UK.... And now instructions to force jab health workers next April, how does that work?? Viruses can hitch a ride on jabbed or unjabbed for a few hours.... And I bet some have been ''persuaded'' to have the jab as well.

That's not far off 100,000 workers who were in the front line when covid rampaged through here in 2020, no hiding from them - they believed in their own body strength, and the power of the immune system, and for what thanks - and science rolls on.

Who's pushing the buttons, who's really making decisions like this - next April? How many families is that going to split - we should get on with it now as light appears.....

So ive been busy here since writing early this morning... I went out in my garden for half a skinny cig with my coffee after getting back - and I said to God, Jesus, Holy Spirit - its like i'm the last man standing, so little support... so I'll write more later.

Then half a dozen crows came down - and then words 'instantly' came through the radio in a song - there's nothing to it - you've just got to do it...
