There's nothing to worry about as all incarnations are your own choice, nothing is automatic or forced.
Also, you know exactly what you're getting yourself into.

I'm not sure how true that is. Like I know this lifetime is punishment for a decision in my last lifetime, and who wants to be punished? Yet maybe I did I dunno... |

I did bad things my last life life...I was not ''punished'' this life..
I was treated the way I treated others so I would learn...to be in the shoes of my victims.
And a few years ago was given a sudden vision (I get those) of the In- Between place where I agreed to it!
No one is punishing me...not the Universe or God.

I kinda knew someone might ask.  It's allowed.
I dislike it immensely when used towards a person here. (A government decision... not so much.)
So it has its uses...that doesn't hurt an individual...and I don't know if you have noticed
that we have a few more very sensitive people.
Plus, I believe it's a package deal with the Website, ya know.

Higher tier entities opt for harder lives, they are not scared of suffering because in reality suffering does not exist.

The freedom to choose is broadly how I've understood the potential for reincarnation. I don't have a clue, though, how often we might decide to opt for a further incarnation. Perhaps this will vary from person to person.....
We can't be certain, either, how the decision to return will pan out. Any plan we have for our new incarnation might be impacted by the actions or omissions of others.
It might all work out pretty closely to what was planned but things could go wrong but the benefit of life incarnate arises - as I understand things - from the way we deal with difficulties, planned or incidental. |

If you believe you KNOW your present lifetime is a punishment for an earlier decision then within your psyche you will be aware you chose that for yourself. Maybe feeling you're being punished is part of the choice you made before you incarnated last time?
You're not, though, being punished by others or by a system in the way that punishment for misdeeds is applied in this world. |
