That's right! There is a method ..I call it the Formula ---its the 'secret' formula to how to be happy here, (that's not secret)!
I found it!
Cuz as you know it's not easy to live here.
Not even if you have health and wealth ---you can still be miserable...
You can be filled with worry about someone you love -
a mom that's unhealthy or an addict, a child always getting into real trouble ruining their life...all sorts of things.
So...
What is the source of all-around happiness or call it peace of mind, contentment, flowing with whatever happens---
having inner confidence, an inner smile? No fears, no cares.

The inner knowledge that you have done everything in your power to reach whatever you tried to reach. The only kind of security feeling we can truly ever experience.

So let's say, my little buddy, you are having a super hard time paying your bills for months, and now,
gee, your car needs lots of work on top of everything else.
Would you say, 'the inner knowledge that you have done everything' you could, aid you in feeling fine, happy, mellow and care free?
