Oh I love it that way Clover. Might toss that garlic infused olive oil on some pasta (also a couple tbsp of hot water to marry the oil to the pasta). It's really good with a little salt and Parmesan cheese.
Well, I'm sticking to my guns. Actually it's smoked kielbasa sausage, box mac and cheese and I think a salad instead of the yellow squash.

Saturday-Smoked Pork Loin Roast, baked beans and a blooming onion
Sunday- Smoked Chicken, air fried vegetable medley and cheesy rice casserole.
We got a lotta cooked meat in the fridge to use up so tonight we will have nachos (from Friday's Mexican Pizza)

Publix has been making really delicious Cuban Bread, fresh. Smell like heaven.
