Just for the ones who do wish to know... I already gave the explanation of Rebecca Campbell, quite the authority in this area of ascension, my own with that, also well-educated on the subject.
Here's another one that I happened upon by Judy Hall, one who was and is also considered an authority in the field:
LIGHTWORKER: Soul who has undertaken to assist the vibrational shift of the earth by doing their own work and, in so doing, stimulates others to evolve.
This resonates exactly with what I said & explained as well as Rebecca Campbell.

A light worker in my opinion is someone who has been through hardship and aims to help others.
Not only am I a medium I am a Healer and a qualified councillor,
and believe me I have been through more than some people will go through in different lifetimes.
But I don't call myself a light worker. its a label

I suspect that someone I care about may be a lightworker; his energy saved me from some very pitch dark places in life previously
