That book was in my house when I was a little kid and it was a little bit of a running joke.

However, my sister became a naturopath and I AM virgo so I am very connected to the energy of "so within, so without" I constantly observe that my spirtual and emotional health directly correlates with my physical wellbeing. I actually did find that the book laid a foundation for my own inner healing.

Now days I actually ask my inner self what is the core of a particular ailment and I heal myself in this way, by connecting to my inner self and asking for guidance.

I notice that all of my miracles for healing happen when I do this.

I've heard great things and have managed to skim a bit, I'm still interested in reading it, though.

Yes I have read it, and have recently bought copies of it for two friends. I think it is the go-to classic for people who are getting into spirituality. Louise Hay explains things so well, and without making anyone feel guilty.
