clansing chakras

Hi there

I often read of people that mention that they cleanse their auras/ chakras...
Can anyone inform me of how one goes about doing this? I have never done it before but think it would probably do me good.

Any tips or suggestions are most welcome!

There are various ways to cleanse an aura or chakra:

The aura:

1. Using Native American sage sticks can cleanse energy.
2. Some stones maybe able to do the same.
3. Most use just thoughts on grounding, to cleanse negative energy, and then calling in positive energy to re balance.

Chakras

Chakras can be a tad harder. As before stones can be used or smoke sticks, but to really cleanse a chakra you need to be doing some journalling of the emotions or even counselling.

Healers can cleanse the aura and chakras, but need to be qualified, do not allow anyone playing at being a healer near you, they can do more harm then good.
