Are there clients you won't read for?

Are there clients, be it minors, or of certain groups, etc, that you simply won't read for? Why do you exclude them?

I would never read for someone who I think may be seeking a cure for a serious illness, or be in danger of harming themselves. They need medical help, not a tarot reading.

Over the 14 years I've been professionally reading, along the way I started vetting potentially new clients. It's not one specific demographic I'm looking to filter out but certain people are very unwell, disturbed, or suffer from severe mental illness. With some people, there is nothing you can say that will help them and it's best to steer clear of them.

I do the same with coaching courses. People with low self-reliance are not for me. They suck the energy right out of me. They need a counsellor -at least- not a coach.
It's the same with Tarot/card readings.

I quickly learnt to present myself & my readings in such a way that I automatically only draw self-reliant people to me.
The way I do that is quite natural as I'm that way myself as well.

Aside from that I do not read health, legal stuff, -both are too risky-, nor Twin Flame readings.
The latter is because most are wannabe-TFs and fall in the same category as the above mentioned people with low self-reliance.
They only want to hear they're TFs even when the cards clearly say they're not. Only causes conflict and dissatisfied customers.
So I don't go there.

Generally speaking reading cards has to nurture/nourish me, give me joy and satisfaction. Otherwise you may get paid, but it's an 'empty' transaction, not one from the Heart. Money doesn't make up for that.

Well it might be a bit off topic but I've been being psychically bombarded with supernatural and psychic stuff for 8 years about a psychic detective homicide case and finally it all connects to a person here in town .

Both my spirit guides are telling me to talk to the homicide detective about it but I would never willingly talk to the police for any reason .

I stopped reading my psychic detective books because I realized that they are written by people who work with the police and I wont read my witchcraft books written by Kerr Cuhulain because he is a cop .

I am not a card reader I am a medium but there are people I would not read for, in fact I have a saying that I read for the needy not for the greedy
