I'm cooking Mexican chilli wraps for dinner using Quorn mince.
Onion, garlic, tomato, pepper, courgette, carrot, herbs, chilli, kidney beans and mushrooms with the mince served in tortilla wraps with grated cheese, iceberg lettuce and soured cream.
Yum in my tum!
