Energy healing abdomen

I've been trying a bit of hands on energy healing. I notice something odd when I move over my abdomen is i feel a push like a magnet feeling. I don't notice this anywhere else. The feeling also at that same time i feel a feeling around my head.

Is it a problem or is it just an energy area?

usually when you feel some type of pushing or pulling there is a dissonant energy in that area. What i would suggenst is aligning your chakras and allowing your energy to flow through them evenly while sitting in meditation in a pillar of light.

focus on your stomach chakra and send rings of pure white light all the way from source down and around your chakra. allow your stomach to release the tension and allow your energy to flow.

you can do this for every chakra. it is a very powerful way to clear your energy. however it is important that you stay in a pillar of light and use a clear emapthic feeling of pure white light. or golden light :)
