I love my ego
There is a lot of talk in spiritual and new age circles about how the ego is bad and needs to be transcended or got rid of. I disagree with this. I love my ego. For me ego is part of god. It needs to be celebrated and appreciated.
My ego consiousness and my god consciousness are One.

I don’t think that ego itself is a problem, cos after all we gotta have some sense of self to be able to live in this life. The problem is when you have an over inflated ego or a fragile ego is where the problems seem to stem from. Just a thought?

It seems to me that there is a negative ego that needs to be transcended and a positive ego that needs to be cultivated and celebrated. The negative ego is what I call the Self Hater; that part of us that maybe believes it is unworthy, separate and unlovable. We need to love the self hater until it is transformed into a Self Lover. The positive ego on the other hand is at one with god, the universe and all of creation. It is the happy self; that part that is in touch with freedom and abundance, that part that would never harm another being.

I imagine your ego is lost while in spirit. It is a defense mechanism whilst incarnated.
When you pass, it is pure love, then just awareness.
