Seeking advice in how to connect to my angels

I know my angels are around me. I can sense them and have plenty of signs and synchronicities happen. What I am specifically wishing to do is to connect with them but I am not certain how to do this without channeling. I know there is a difference between these two things. I really have no desire to channel because I had a friend of mine have a very bad experience with this. Is there any certain way I can connect with them because I sense they are trying to let me know things. I have had tapping in my ears, sensed tones in alternate ears on occasions, as well as a constant frequency I can hear actually inside my head. I know that sounds weird but it is constant and sometimes quieter than other times and sometimes it gets loud. I know there are messges they want me to know but I do not want to risk channeling by mistake. Any suggestions?

You could use telepathy, which is channeling. Not sure what you are fearful about.

There are reasons why we have bad experiences. They are always very personal. You are not your friend. How you choose to use your skills and abilities will frequently determine the outcome potentials. When some thing is undertaken with the intent you have, the results will be good as I see these things.

It sounds very exciting to hear that your angels are beside you!

I agree with John that there are reasons for bad experiences. What happened to your friend may not happen to you, but I understand your fear. That is the problem actually. Other people's negative experiences create fear in us.

I have that happened to me in many instances, where other people tell me it is not safe to do this, so-and-so have this happened to them when they do that, etc. In the end, I blocked off access to the universe. It took me a long time to come around that.

Why take a detour when you can jump straight to your destination?

Forget the terms "channeling" ..... more mis-information then true information about this.

Forget your friends bad experience ...... it is not yours to worry about.

CONSCIOUSNESS ~!! It is about CONSCIOUSNESS ...... Unconsciousness can and does appear ...... that can be felt as scary ..... so what!!! It is not permanent ....... SUPER-CONSCIOUSNESS .... that too can be experienced and is most JOYFUL! That is the realm of Angelic Beings ....... you merely make the CONSCIOUS INTENTION to make this Super-Conscious CONNECTION.
Then FOLLOW your own INTUITION ...... study what feels right for you ..... drop what does not FEEL right. Do not cling to any BELIEF ....... ALLOW EXPERIENCE to GUIDE and to BE ~

Learn to be STILL .... in body and in mind ~ it is in STILLNESS you can ATTUNE to Angelic Beings ~

Angel talks to us in many different ways and we also talk to angels differently. You can contact them through prayer, meditation or telepathy to name but just a few. You can even write to them and ask to be contacted in a certain way like a dream maybe. Or you can just talk to them right away and they will find a way to respond to you. Good luck!

I wouldn't worry too much about what your friend experienced, as we all experience spiritual things differently. I know it's hard to hear someone's experience and fear that will happen to you.

However, I feel if you go into contacting your angels with a open mind and heart it will be a great experience for you.

Personally for me, I have communicated with my angels and guides through meditation. Meditation has been huge for me in speaking with them. It really helps to quiet the mental chatter and calm your mind. Then it's super easy to communicate with them.

If you go into it with a positive open attitude, then you most definitely will have a positive experience. If you go into it with fear, and worry that you will have a bad experience, you'll have a bad experience.

work on developing trust with your team of angels, by being mindful of

i imagine that your team of angels is merely assisting you in becoming
more of yourself at this point... it wouldn't be some 'other' that you channel,
