I'm not seeing what good worry or longing for the good old days does.
I'm adapting to the New Normal.
That's what campers and people raised in the country do! 
Adapt. Make the best of whatcha got in front of you.

...In my local area , the Hull hospitals ( UK) are treating more than 200 covid patients... The highest they have treated at any one time since it all began..... And I have to say, as I KEEP saying, my Lovely daughter in law , Becky , works on the covid ward at Hull Royal.... She has had covid already, but nothing to say she can't get it again...

Was it yesterday ? The highest over 3800 in the US.

It does seem Europe, particularly eastern Europe is taking it on the chin. Not sure why that is. Could be accuracy of reporting from Asian countries or it could be cultural attitudes. It will be interesting to see what the postmortem on this whole pandemic shows.

The infection and death rates per 1000 individuals in the US has been lower than that of the UK most of the year, I believe..... Raw figures mean little and they need context to appreciate the bigger picture. |
